How far in advance should I book?

Cart will be delivered one day prior to your event (unless delivered to a public park or place)We require a minimum of 10 days’ notice for all online bookings.

How do I place an order?

1. Choose a package from our View Packages page.

2. Choose your event date, time, and size.

3. Select your flavors and make any special requests for add-ons or additional accomadations.

4. Complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.

5. A member of our team will call you within 48 hours of your delivery date to arrange for delivery and pickup.

Can I customize my package?

Yes! You can select your preferred flavors and add-ons when ordering.

If you prefer a standard assortment, simply check the "Let Us Choose" option.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan.

What are the delivery fees?

Within 20 miles → Free

20–35 miles → $125

35–50 miles → $250

50+ miles (Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan) → $350

Do you offer self-pickup?

No, all carts must be delivered and retrieved by one of our team members.

How does drop-off & pickup work?

Cart delivery & set-up must be made for the day prior to the scheduled event.

Drop-off and pickup locations must be the same.

Our team will contact you 48 hours before to coordinate the delivery.

Events & Equipment Use

What do I need to do when the cart is delivered?

All you need is an electrical outlet so we can plug it in to keep your desserts frozen and ready to serve. A 110W standard electrical outlet must be available at your event for the cart to be used.

How do I keep the ice cream cold?

Plug the cart into a 110W standard electrical outlet. No dry ice needed.

Can I use an extension cord?

Absolutely! Each cart will require a 3-prong outlet and/or extension cord for power.

Can I move the cart?

Yes! The cart is on wheels. Please unplug it before moving, then plug it back in at the new location.

How long can I keep the cart?

Rentals are for the duration of your event unless arranged otherwise.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards.

Can I receive credit for any uneaten ice cream?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take back or credit any unused product.
